i started threads on compression and the 4bbl intake w/egr and got my answers so, heres to a new question! What is a good cam for the buck? on a budget and was wonderin this. What header(s) will work well? I have heard about the EFI manifolds but im still lookin around trying to get more info before i purchase.

what cam will be best for mileage, light duty towing and a little off roading?

will a junkyard EFI exhaust manifold work as well as lets say, cliffords?

what other things might i need for a cam swap?
