I am about 50% of the way through constructing a HHO generator for mine.
If I get it done and it works like it is supposed to, I may even be able to afford to drive down to the truck show this year.
By then fuel will probably be 7 dollars a gallon.
I really want to go to Carlilse, but I am starting to wonder every time I drive by a fuel stop and look at prices.

Ok, I'll bite....what's a HHO generator?
I know the last trip my acft mech buddy made down here, we started talking about what it would take to start makin our own diesel from the recycled fry oil. The more we talk, the better it sounds.
Yeah, I've commited to Carlisle....and now I'm kinda fearin the price.

Kroger here had some of the cheapest fuel prices for a long time.
The Go Mart near my house now has the cheapest fuel price in the county, and has had for almost a year now.
HHO, Brown's gas, is the result of splitting water molecules into two hydrogen atoms and an oxygen atom.

There are many stories of increased MPG and power with HHO injection.

I am out on my laptop, I have a ton more links at the house if you want to read more.

I'll take and put a fuel take off a freightliner on the back of my truck and bring you some dave!! Its rediculous how expensive fuel is in wv. My mom has 50 acres and has to buy diesel for her tractor. Ive recently started saving waste fuel from emptying fuel filters at work and Im keeping it for her tractor. Better getting it for free than paying $4 summin a gallon

Huh! Most of the stations here......are owned by the Q-tip or diaper heads. They'd rather sit on it and sell bad gas, rather than let their families in Saudi or Iraq not get their money twice from us. I know this isnt the right forum to post this in but.....Have you ever thought of it that way? We buy crude from them, refine it here, then sell the gasoline or diesel back to them cheap, then we buy it again at an outlandish price at their store! WTF is wrong with us Americans????

I just went through Carlisle this weekend, there was no 3.99 diesel. However, it was $4.66 at a couple places and I saw one place that had it for $4.56 cash price.
Cheapest 87 octane I saw out that way was in Cumberland MD for $3.69.
Also drove by the Kroger in Sabraton tonight and saw that diesel was $4.70..which is down 10 cents from what it was last week.
FYI the Gomart on the Mileground here in town had diesel for $4.69 last week, might be down more this week...
Also Dulaney Oil on Dent's Run (out near Westover) had diesel for $4.50-something cash price last week.

I know that I just filled the truck (and the 4 six gallon cans I have) for $4.51 a gallon which is GREAT for diesel.
Of course, as soon as I turned the corner from the station I filled at, I found diesel for $4.48 a gallon.
I'm hoping that trend stays for a while. It really sucks that diesel has doubled since I bought this truck!
