Welp, here we are. End of 2018. Got here way, way too fast, in my estimation. The Christmas decorations are all going up (or have been going up since about the end of October...) and the weather's turning downhill ever so slowly. I think we can all say that it's been a year filled with challenges, successes and failures. In all of the madness and "stuff" that is the holidays though I hope we can all take some time to remember that this is about showing good will toward others. We live in such divided times, so it's my hope that we can start to learn civility again and come together in 2019.

Not much else I really need to say, I guess. You know what to do, so, get to it.

Good Saturday evening Pennsylvania, Bill, Chris, Pat and Gang. Rained off and on but was near 50 out.

 

I snuck my truck to the car wash this morning and it was nice and clean until the rain arrived around dinner time.

Those are for the OBS, actually. Got them via Complete Performance out of Texas - they're OBS specialists. Part of the front suspension overhaul.

Good Monday, morning, Gang! I finally made it to December, but I have been busy. My son put a doe in the freezer on Saturday at first light. We saw plenty other deer, but the weather made them wary & hunting difficult. I finished hanging drywall & corner bead on Sunday. The contractor arrived on time this morning to finish the walls. I'll be painting by this time next week. If the Steelers can figure out a way to stop losing, I might actually be able to host a Superbowl party down there this year!

Glad you got your truck back, Ron. PA roads are the best, you know! The best at destroying your vehicles and spirit!

Pitt lost as expected, but they should still get a decent bowl game out of it.
