Tymar/Beans Intakes.

Well I had ordered aluminum intakes from Beans, but they e-mailed me saying they are on backorder. Does Tymar offer the same thing? I had went to the website and there was nothing just a company logo, how do you order the intakes from them, and what's the price through Tymar?

Call him. I've dealt with Dale he's a great guy! Doesn't have much for a website. Not sure on price but probably cheaper than beans or the same

Also, by your past posts, looks like your building quite the truck there! D66, TW burns and a few other things if i'm not mistaken. You were talking about some HPO and stage 2's the other day. Be sure to get some pics up if you can!

Well when I get the required amount of posts I will add a pic and current mods to my sig. I had a dodge with the Cummins, and got rid of to by a Ford, the cummins was great but the dodge not so much, love the stroke and want to be able to outrun some guys around town who think just because they have a dodge and a chip means they are something special.

Alright sounds good!!! Some 2's, good custom burn and some HPO and you'll be running circles around them! Thinking about any trans mods to hold the new found power? Possible an Intercooler? Just throwing some ideas your way

Well just talked to Dale at Tymar super nice guy, and I will be ordering his intake, an intercooler with a bigger y-pipe, and new intake runners with the 3" inlets. yes the trans does need some work and I was planning on that, looked at the ATS trans, but after reading some articles about there customer service I am now unsure. Any ideas on who else makes a good Auto, or a shop in northern IN or Southern, MI who can build an auto to hold up?

Well, BTS (Brian's Truck Stop) makes one of the best if not the best E40D and 4R100.

Brians Truck Shop

Lead Hill, AR though so it might be a bit of a drive. From what I hear his trans are bullet proof

if you are planning on buying one pre-built, i would say spend the extra money and buy the bts. if i recall he encourages you to try and break it. 2 year unlimited mile warrenty.
