These engines with a clean cooling system are hard to get any temp in at idle, takes a good load or highway run to get up to temp normally. If you are seeing 200 at the top hose, you are alright. Mine only ever gets up to the N in normal at the hotest I've ever seen it. Stock guages are not know to be accurate, but they should be consistent at whatever yours reads at.
