I dont have any pics of a lowered stock suspension but I have a thread on here installing a 07 model crown vic front suspension with disc brakes and rack and pinion steering for under $400.00 this lowered my truck around 4-5". I have lots of pics of the install which was pretty easy. I would say a weekends worth of work to install the entire front suspension.

I have pics of my '66 in my gallery, I'll post the tie rod locator in my gallery tonight. Underneath it is the same as a 67-72. In fact, my spindles are from a '73.

Hi jhooch thanks for the pics I just installed my kit it is a drum brake relocator, when you installed your aim beams did you have a lot of toe out, I was not to impressed w/the relocator kit I had to ream out the tie rod hole to get them to fit and the 2nd mounting point that has to be drilled did not even touch the steering arm I had to heat and bend it to make it fit and it would have been nice if my kit came w/some kind of instructions even though its a pretty straight forward install well enough of the b@#^*ing my truck does sit pretty awsome now I also lowered the back 5 inches now to finish sanding for paint

I haven't aligned mine yet, still sorting out the minor details on the disc brake swap (lines, etc.) and power steering install. I had about the same experience on the tie rod relocators. I wish the unit would have been 1 piece instead of having to trust 2 welds to steer out trucks.

I got back under the truck today I could not adjust the toe out enough after looking I saw the pass. side relocater was about 1-2 inches from tire while the drive side was 1/16 from tire so the only solution was to take off/heat and bend the drive side steering arm in to the same dist. as the pass side which allowed me to get the 1/8 toe in I needed I got nothing but the run around from AIM I feel really bad for the young guys who may try to install this kit as a first project
