Waterproof Dynamat?

Hi everyone,

I was talking to a friend who is rebuilding his 4X4 and he was thinking of using Dynamat on his floorboards and the question came up. Is it waterproof enough to handle a rig that may be fording water or is there another product that would be better for this application? Any suggestions please.
