possible franken truck 77 150 + 79 bronco

I have a 77 f150 with a tired 351m I am getting a 79 bronco with a built 400 I am sure I am going to put the 400 in the f150.
What else should I transplant from the bronco to the f150 to make it better?

I need some measurements I know the wheel bases are different but I want to put the bronco body on the f150. I know I will have to extend the body/do a graft. Possibly use a crew cab to make up the extra space.
I could use some body frame measuements so i can dream. I dont wan't to change the frame.
bronco Back of wheelwell to bumper?
Overall length of bronco body?
Length of crewcab bumper to back of cab?

Or advice from someone that has done this.

Thanks,
Jason

If the Bronco has them I would defiantly use the sway bars. The dual shocks up front if could be a nice upgrade too. Some Broncos had larger fuel tanks that might change over. But other than that both chassis are about the same except for the length. As for your body swap, I think you’re opening a can of worms you don’t want to get into. I’m going to resist my urges to tell you all the reasons why it’s a bad ideal and just say good luck with what ever your goal is.

whats wrong with the bronco frame? unless you have lots of time, and can fabricate well, don't start chopping anything. i have done it all, whats your final outcome goal? a regular bronco on an f150 frame? why? If youre going to build a 4 door bronco, then just chop the frame in half and weld in extensions, lots of fish plates and extra bracing. this is by no means an easy task, it takes lots of time measuring everything. dont destroy the bronco in the process, there arent many of the 78-79s left, and are worth more than the f150. any q's just ask. i'm confused on your question. lol. measurements? 4 door bronco is 33 and a half inches longer than a stock bronco.

Ahhh the 150 frame will be too short. I love broncos but then I love the PU. Quick history my dad always had a bronco from work (used it for my first real date) I had a 73 highboy v8 propane in high school. Well I guess I will keep both. Rebuild the 351 maybe make it a 400 and nice out the bronco with the c6 over the next year for trips and camping by taking it down to the frame. Put the 400 in the PU to handle the 36s I have on it with the 4 speed for off roading. and the 88 corolla for commuting so I can spend more on the fords.
Overtime here I come as long as the wife dosen't hang me before I get to go to work.

Thanks for the help.
