Its amazing how Toyota throwing folks a bunch of cash fixes so many problems... even turns ford guys against themselves lol. I think toyota is playing this one good... seems their reputation will be minimally affected for such a major problem... and probably make out good even in the short run as most will use their cash to buy a replacement vehicle, probably right that day on the same lot. Give people money, it fixes anything. Too bad Ford doesnt have as much money to do this as well, even though by not doing it will probably hurt them even worse in the long run.

I was wondering why I was always seeing truck loads of the Tacome being pulled infront of my business every day. There's a local LQK shop nearby, so I guess that is where it's going.

If you read the very first post, it seemed it was posted as an information posting as Toyota has always been a wanna be Super Duty truck, as are their owners. I find it interesting, even now a year later.

Some Toyota owners think their feces does not smell, others KNOW!
