I've noticed in my 2000 Navi that I have water trapped overhead that I can hear swishing around through the top of my cab. It first leaked from the inside molding above the drivers side window when it would rain. Now it seems to be coming out of the front grab handle on the drivers side. I know it's only a matter of time before it gets into the electrical system. I have no idea where it's getting in and how to get it out. Any ideas? Thanks.
Where do you here it swishing around? If in the front, take the front trim on the top of the windshield off. If further back, remove the overhead light. Either get a wet/dry shopvac and see if you can reach it, Or, get a lot of cloths and a coat hanger. If you remove the overhead light, disconnect the battery before you go through there.

It sounds like it goes from all the way front to all the way back as I move the truck forward and reverse. Will have to remove the light and see if that works.
I've had exactly the same problem you're describing. It sounds like water is getting trapped in the sunroof pocket and then when you drive, it runs down the A-pillar. I've had the water dripping out of the grab handle, etc. Usually if you check your carpet in the footwells will be damp too. I asked around on here and the consensus on here was that it was blocked drains for the sunroof allowing water to build up and slosh around.
I never did find the cause of mine because I had no where dry to work on it during the rainy season and once the sun came out, I forgot all about it. It seems to have somehow fixed itself though, since I haven't had a problem with it in two years now and we've had one of the wettest winters on record this year. Sorry I know that doesn't help you much, but I'd at least check out your drains.
Oh one other thing, my initial thought was to just get some stiff wire and push it through the drains from the top to clear them out, but someone pointed out that they are plastic tubes and you could split them if you try that.

Compressed air works wonders for clearing those out. I did the ones that run down the front of each of the front doors. You'd be surprised at the crud that came out.

I believe there's one in each of the four corners. The front ones run down the A-pillars and drain under the vehicle, and the back ones I think run down the B-pillars. I have no idea how you'd get to the rear ones though.
