Unhappy Noisy front end

I've got a couple of noises coming from the front end of my '80 F100 (300 I6, shortbox). The first is a high pitched yelp or chirp...very sudden when I hit a small bump or small pothole. The second noise I'm getting is a ticking noise usually when I'm turning right at slow (parking lot) speeds. The truck has new king pins, coils, tie rods and shocks. The steering box is older but not original. Also, the truck seems to want to stray to the right slightly not long after a wheel alignment). Any help is appreciated.

Possible Cause is the radius arm, or axle bushings being slightly worn.

This could be caused by a wheel bearing. Inspect and repack wheel bearings, replace if a problem is discovered. It could also be the brake shoe clicking on the rotor. Make sure the brake anti rattle clips are present, and/or the brake shoe is snug in the caliper. Not rattling around etc.

The slight wander to the right can be because of the crown in the road. The road isn't completely flat, it's sloped toward the ditches with the center line being the highest point. This is so water will drain off the road. Therefore nothing you can do about it. If it doesn't show signs of wear on the tires due to a misalignment, then you are ok.

hope this helps.
