Correct Cylinder Head Temperature

Does anyone know what the correct range is for CHT? I have heard if it is running high that could be a sign of running to lean. Thanks.

Mine has been running 200-205. Is that out of range and could it be running lean? I have the Gryphon/Edge tuner and I have heard they can run lean on the canned lvl 2 tune sometimes. I also had both cat converters go bad at 22,000mi and wonder if that could be the cause.

From my understanding the temp reading I get on my scan gauge is from the heads, if thats the case mine runs at 202-206*F.
