Is anyone here running a 99-03 Pump on there OBS Truck, does it mount right up with no, or little mod, and have you noticed a difference in power/performance

Yep I am. The key is that as long as your truck is a 96 or 97 your good for a direct bolt in. It you have a 94.5 or 95 you need to do some extra work.
I seem to have lost the write for the mod if you have an early truck but some one will jump in with it if you need it.

I did notice a nice increase in performance. Its not blow your top amazing but especially with the injectors I am running it was noticeable.

Yup Jake is right I understand the pulse is a good choiche. Although at $13xx.00 I opted for the SD pump it is a 17* pump. I have stage II's but they are 180 cc and I can still set the CEL a bit. I wouldn't go that big unless you plan on getting a pulse or stacking the pumps, which is in my future. The 17* pump will do you fine with II's at 160cc. Look on e-bay or International can get it for you for around $400 but they have a VERY high core charge so be sure you give them your core. The dealer is unreasonable.

Yes the gear is under the HPOP reservoir and is direct gear driven.

Welk, here's a writeup on doing the pump install. At the end of the thread is the real torque specs. In my writeup, I didn't have them. Enjoy

No prob Robb. Thanks for answering I only get internet at work right now so I have been down for the weekend.

Farm I love the II's and yes it is a TW. My next job WILL be the intercooler 'cause I don't think I will be able to pull my 5er with the temps I am seeing right now.
