Look at your owners manual for the Panisonic, I believe it'll show that the orange wire needs to be connected to a source that has power all the time (i.e. battery positive) which is the green/yellow wire on your harness. If this is what your manual shows this should take care of your problem. The left over blue wire is a remote on signal wire for an amplifier which you don't have, so don't connect it to anything. Here's the wiring on your stock radio harness and what each wire is for, compare this with your owners manual for your Panisonic and hook up accordingly.
