change 2000 f150 5 lug to 6 lug?

I have a 2000 f150 xlt 4x4 sc with the 5 lug bolt pattern on hte wheels. I really like the 18" oem 5 spoke slotted rims on the newer 04-05 models but they won't fit my truck because they have the newer 6 lug pattern. How hard would it be to change my truck to the 6 lug pattern? Would 04-05 hubs fit right on the front spindles? Would 6 lug axels from an 04-05 slip right into my rear end? If not, what would be the cheepest or best way to change them if at all possible?
