im gunna take quicklook2's advice and think about stuff....im gonna go tomo and drive a truck from each of the domestic companies and see wat feels good and see wat kinda deal i can get from each one and then ill make a decision... i actualy sat in a buddy's new chevy today and it was reaalllly comfortable...not that thats any reason to buy a truck lol
I can't think of anybody I know that HASN'T had difficulties with their dog..the warranty isn't worth squat b/c you'll bring it in for a problem that'll be warrantied then they'll ding you for hundreds that isn't covered (you won't have a chioce unless you want to void the warranty)
well.... i went out today and test drove a chevy: liked it alot actually but it was really expensive... then tested out the dodge: it was ok, really uncomfy seating and poor interior quality... and then went to ford. well i am buying a ford. the are giving me a crew cab f150 for 2000 less than the ext cab dodge, and the f150 is an amazing truck! super comfy interior and the 5.4L engine is amazing.... lots low end grunt..... im glad i listened to yawl and didnt just go out and buy a dodge without thinking!
their giving me 3000 at the dealership for the ol f250, ive been trying for about 2 months to sell her privately with no luck so i thought i mite aswell accept my loss and start over with the new truck.... oh man i am soooo excited about having a brand new truck! i will definately post pics
ya no kiddin lol... ill post some opictures and all the options and wat not as soon as she comes home, i mite buy an old beater 150 or bronco for 4x4ing just so i can stick around this forum cuz you guys have been so helpful over the last year
wouldnt give you 29 cents for a dodge.bad trannys an rear ends, they always carried the name, put a dodge in your garage.that is correct.ford built tough, chevy like a rock, these are all to true.
Here Dodge has been running an ad about guaranteeing $2.99 a gallon gas or diesel I forget for how many years, and like 12,000miles per year. Yeah they got a lifetime warranty, but they still look like a pig now. They should have kept the original new style look. I like the way the new Fords look. Gms look like cars not trucks.
Gosh I thought I saw an ad for a new F150 for 14K. I'm sure Ford would meet or beat that dodge price.
