You can go here Recall Information - Ford and put in you vin # and see if your truck falls in that catagory for the recall. Hopefully this will help some of you out. I have a 2006 and mine is not recalled. I think it depends on where it was built also but i am not sure.
I had the hose blow off, but vin not showing up as recalled.
I had mine fixed back in January, hose blew off on startup, and I tried the Vin lookup mentioned above and no recall. Then again, that website doesn't mention the recall anyway. Think mine cost $325.00 to repair.
