460 miss firing

I have a 1977 F-250 custom 2wd, with a 460 and c6 auto. The other day I started it up and it was miss firing on several cylinders. The night before it was running fine. It has been running this way for a couple of weeks. It has new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. It has good spark. I haven't done a compression check yet, because I wouldn't think it would lose compression over night. Does anyone know of anything that could just pop up like that. Thanks in advance for any help.

I replaced the pick up coil yesterday and it is still misfiring. Any other suggestions?

Water in the fuel or bad plug wires. For the fuel, get some fuel dry and put it in the tank. Get a, product that has isopropyl alcohol in it, no methanol or ethanol. Wait until dark and fire the beast up and look under the hood in the dark and see if there is a blue haze around the wires, if so replace them.
