Covering up stacks hole

Any body got any suggestions on a good, decent way to cover up a hole in the bad after stacks were removed?? Do they make a tool box that drops that rests on the bed flat??

I dont know who makes them, but I have seen truck tool boxes that fit in between the rails and sit on the floor. I would just check some of the more popular brands like delta, husky etc. as they usually have the dimensions listed with the tool box. Then measure the space you need to fill to find what works.

well if you dont want the tool box... and didnt save the cut outs... go to a junk yard... find a bed similar to yours... preferably trashed, and cut out 2 circles to cover up the holes... weld them in from the bottom... going around spot welding as not to warp the metal to much... Should work fine...

our cut the cut outs to fit the hole and weld in slowly.... patience so you dont warp.... skip back and forth between the 2

thats what i actually ment, but do the welding on the bottom so you dont see the beads on the top....

And or grind any welds down flush. Then you can paint over it with primer. Repeat painting it and sanding it till it looks right, then paint it with the correct color.
