Merc Maurader 4.6 to F-150?

So, I'm always thinking about how to get more out of the 4.6 in my F-150 screw. What's the difference in the 300 horse Maurader engine and our 4.6's? Throttle body? Programming? Injectors? Intake? Are there any internal differences? In other words, could I bolt on the Maurader parts and up the horsepower on my truck?

Thanks!

the maurader engine is a DOHC engine 4 cams, 32 valves
the intake on the maurader is better, im sure the maurader has more compression

our engines, sohc , 2 cams, 16 valves

similar , the mustang GT engine is also known as a 2V engine, which is same as our trucks, execpt the newer GT which are 3V (which means 3 valves per cylinder) variable cam timing
