95 E150 6 banger missing

Ive tried to do a search, but cannot for some reason so here's my dilema.

Ive just revived my NON working CNG system and now have a misfire that sounds like two cylinders. it does it on reg gas or CNG.
Have tested all the spark plug leads and got zapped a few times and I am getting spark on all 6 ....am in the middle of plug and wire replacement WHAT A CHORE~~~~
I thought maybe I fouled a plug or two when starting it multiple times while cold but WHO KNOWS?.....Its a FORD!!!!

This happened once bfr about a year ago and was just for a few minutes and then stopped, so I never wooried about it.

I guess if it is still doing this I will pull codes.
Will need to rent a code reader unless theres a SENSIBLE way to do it without one!

Any and all replies will be GREATLY appreciated!

Got one yesterday and while intrigued with how it works it didnt tell me anything I already didnt know!
I have decided the CNG system is messing with the timing and I am trying to get the manufacturer GFI controls inc of Canada to respond.

CNG Miss Fire

Wish you luck getting info on your CNG vehicle. My neighbor had a 94 E-150 with the LPG set up. Had nothing but headaches with it. Eventually pulled it all out and went strictly gasoline. Couldn't get any kind of response from the original converter. Have you thought about going that route? You should be able to get the parts from a salvage yard cheep.

I am so tired of asking for anything regarding this set up!
I even know a guy who used to install them that is reluctant.
I did find yesterday that I am getting NO pulse at the dist. cap connection.
Had the ign. module tested and its fine......so theres a short somewere or the CNG is messing with it. I wonder what those two relays are above the ign module on the fender ? I am going back out there and poking around some more!

Ok so here is were I am now!
I put on the code reader and get an INSTANT long beep for 4/5 min. with key off!

Once it goes into test mode I get #172 LEAN NO KIDDING!
then a #327~~ EVP or DPFE circuit below min voltage...someone needs to tell me what that means as I HAVE NO CLUE! and HAYNES doesnt share that info that I can find!

Also the test light on the coil is not flashing but sort of pulsing and gets brighter when I step on it. It also pulses to dark with the same rhythm of the CHUG CHUG CHUG at idle.

ANY and all reply's are GREATLY appreciated~

I did a search and figured out what the 2nd code meant....whent out and messed with the EGR valve which is pretty new,I had it off yesterday and its closed real tight, Checked all the associated vac lines and the only thing that is still strange is the pulsing test light on the coil....the way its running reminds me of the old days when points would weld themsleves together! which leads me back to the cap. or the Module. How can I test the trigger unit in there?....I did test the continuity btwn it and the Ign module and its fine....could the machine at auto zone been wrong when testing the module?

Actually after replacing MOST of my ignition system....my trouble was with one of the CNG system relay's....I tore the lid off and stuck then end of a zip tie btwn the points and all is well....discovered yesderday when I need to switch back to REG GAS I just move the zip tie to the other side......I prob needed a MAJOR tune up anyway cause its been sutting off now and then when I least extpect it to.
