I got a feeling you will need to build that one yourself. I couldn't find a listing for anything exhaust related for a diesel van. Perhaps a muffler shop could help build one for you, or perhaps an exhaust for an F-350 truck the same year could be made to work. Just some thoughts,,,,

Are you kidding, those should be almost identical to the F-350 system. There might be some differences in the hangers, and the tailpipe area, but should otherwise be identical.

I would agree with you that thay should be close, but I have never worked on an E350 van so I wouldn't want to say for sure that it would work. I would be concerned about clearence for the larger down pipe. But since I haven't looked at one, I don't know for sure it would work.

I highly doubt the downpipe for the F-series will fit the E-series as well, vans are very tight around the engine compartment. I'd definatley get a turbo back system though.
Epd444 is right, delete the cat and muffler and you will get a good sound, and a boost in power. Not as good as a 4" system, but it's better than doing nothing.
