E-350 Exhaust system

Can anyone please point me to an aftermarket 4" exhaust system for my 2003 E-350 w/ 7.3 diesel.

Thanks

I got a feeling you will need to build that one yourself. I couldn't find a listing for anything exhaust related for a diesel van. Perhaps a muffler shop could help build one for you, or perhaps an exhaust for an F-350 truck the same year could be made to work. Just some thoughts,,,,

Are you kidding, those should be almost identical to the F-350 system. There might be some differences in the hangers, and the tailpipe area, but should otherwise be identical.

I would agree with you that thay should be close, but I have never worked on an E350 van so I wouldn't want to say for sure that it would work. I would be concerned about clearence for the larger down pipe. But since I haven't looked at one, I don't know for sure it would work.

I did a search on Yahoo and found this.Full Boar Aluminized 4" Exhaust #DSF7

I highly doubt the downpipe for the F-series will fit the E-series as well, vans are very tight around the engine compartment. I'd definatley get a turbo back system though.

Thanks.

I had searched the internet for the exhaust system and could not find what you did. Thanks so much.

I tried an F-350 system. The E-350 has a wider and longer frame, and the area around the turbo is tight with the interior engine cover on it.

Thanks again for everybody's assistance.

Just buy some piping the stock size (3.5'' I believe) and take out the muffler and cat, and put that piping in place. She'll sound good

Epd444 is right, delete the cat and muffler and you will get a good sound, and a boost in power. Not as good as a 4" system, but it's better than doing nothing.
