Water leak on 5.4

My son in-laws 2001 SuperDuty with the 5.4 has a water leak on what looks like a water cross over on the front of the motor, the themostat housing is on this same piece on the drivers side.

The leak is on the passenger side right under where the heater hose goes onto the nipple. We can see a bolt together flange where it seperates.

Does this cross over deal come off by itself or is intake removal involved? It appears to have at least one bolt hidden on the pass side. And probably the drivers side. One big one through the top and 2 small ones coming in from the bottom. Can see the tip of another bolt up against the head that comes in from the bottom. But can't find it. This is on the pass. side.

I know nothing of these newer modular Ford engines, so excuse my ignorance about this.

If it were any of the older ones I would not even be posting.
