clunk when breaking

I put right side ball joints on my 93'(first time I tried this job and hopefully the last) and all seemed to go well and I don't think I screwed anything up, but now when I get on the breaks and stop alittle hard I hear a clunk. It is hard to tell where it is coming from.Gradual breaking does not make it do it.Problem was not there before ball joint job.Not sure if having a tight front end is revealing something else now that has wear?Sound kind of remines me of when my radius arm bracket and bushing went bad.Any thoughts?

Grease the slip joint in the middle of the rear driveshaft.

Sounds like your radius arm bushings. I assume you changed them too. Doulble check that they are tighten to proper torque specs.

Greased slip joint in past when it was clunking and yes bracket and bushings were replaced.
