Exclamation Now i'm really confused!!! AC problems

AC problem again replaced rear evap core, and accumulator but still no cold a/c after re-charge.Clutch on compressor fine no leaks no but still only small cooling from A/C.Blend door okay too

Air temp seems to be related that is blows colder if the air outside is colder.

Pressure high side and low side seem fine and within standards.

Any Ideas Condenser Maybe?

I'm not sure what is going on!!

I do still have a hissing sound from rear quarter panel and when i put my hand around the rear evap core it seems like it's leaking but dye does not spit out under uv light.

Any Ideas guys, i really don't want to take this sucker in the shop.It will be a billion dollars!!

You can try putting some dye in the system and look for leaks. Is the front air cold? What is the temperature of the incoming air in the front compared with the out side air? What are your low and high side pressures?

What year?

What were the actual pressure readings, the ambient temp, and did you follow proper vehicle preparation?

Have you checked the fan clutch? Hit the condenser with the garden hose sprayer to see how it reacts?

45psi low & 300psi high
Ambient 80 degrees
Clutch operates fine

Those pressures are wacked. With an 80F ambient (assuming no other faults), you should be seeing low side pressures down in the upper 20s and a high side pressure much closer to 200.

Investigate:

1) Overcharge.
2) Restriction in high side including the condenser
3) Dirty condenser or insufficient airflow through condenser (weak fan clutch).

I'd say either #1 or #3 is the most likely.

It's ALL about HEAT and TEMPERATURE!

This might help you out, a little long but alot of information.

I would almost say overcharge or a restriction.
