Mac's Auto Parts is an FTE site sponsor and has a variety of parts for the 223. I've done business with Mac's and they are great people. Beyond that, I can't really recommend much unless you're more specific. I mean if you're looking for something like spark plugs or points then they'd be at Autozone, etc.
What Year 223 I-6 (rather important), What parts & N.O.S. or Performance?
Have to know these things 1st & foremost before your questions are able to be answered.

Clifford has other stuff, although I coulda sworn an old catalog showed more bits than they currently list.
Distributor: there's supposed to be a way to adapt one from a 300 by changing the gear (check fordsix.com forums).
I've got a clifford intake. I recently moved so if your interested I need a couple of days to locate it and get you a picture/s. I had a 64 that I sold before the move. My 66 has a 300 so I won't be using it anytime soon. I have $250 in it, $200 plus actual shipping will take her home. They have a new size flat rate box, but I have not seen it to know if the intake would fit in it. I'll need to measure.
