33 x 12.50 tires on 2wd F250

I'm trying to put 33 x 12.50 tires all the way around my 1990 F250 extended cab 7.3L Diesel w/5 speed manual transmission, 2wd.
The rear tires fit perfect but the front do not. I tried to find a coil spring spacer but I keep getting that one is not available for this year model.
I did purchase a set of 1 ton coil springs that will fit and raise the front end by a couple of inches, but it doesn't look to be enough.
My question is...........Has anyone here done this? and if so, can you give me some advice on what I need to do to get these tires and wheels on my truck without rubbing anything on the front end?

Thanks

i put a set of 33X12.5X16.5 tires with american racing outlaw II rims on my nephews 88 F250 4X2 and they fit perfectly without doing anything.

its a cake walk chief

its easy bro, put 1in spacers on it and you might have to grind out the back of the fender, its easy though did it on my moms truck with stock suspension with no body lift

Thanks for your replies, I'll put these 1 ton coils under the front and see if it's enough then we'll go from there.
