E-fans and underdrive pullys

Ok, dumb question, but what do e-fans and underdrive pullys do?Are they benificial for me to have and what are the pros and cons to having them? Thank you for any info!

f150v602 is starting off with a positive reputation.
the underdrive pullys will give you a slight HP gain but i dont think you will notice it. the e-fans are the way to go because you take a big load off your engine by taking out that damn fan clutch so your gas miliage will improve. and a little HP gain. all of it wont be a shocking difference but you may be able to tell. In my opinion, its a good idea to install. you will have that peace of mine that your engine is not working as hard to push you down the road.
