302 fi to 302 carb

i am came across a "done up" 302 out of ford pick-up (carbuerated) and about to install it in an '89 f-150 4wd with 4 speed auto
would like to know if i can use the air, cruise and serpentine belts
how many wires and emision stuff can i get rid of (smog testing not really inspected out here)
may sound silly but i build street stock race cars but this is a little more challenging
