V.I.N. # ? Where?

Can some one tell me where to look, exactly where to look for the V.I.N. # on my 1969 Bronco? I can't seem to find it any where!

RCrawler is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
The most common place to find the VIN number on the frame is behind the pass side coil tower/ shock tower on top or on the outside of the frame. I have seen them stamped on other places. Mostly on top of the frames. Check crossmembers...

For most purposes, the DMV will only check the VIN on the glovebox lid unless they suspect a discrepancy. Your wife has held the title on it before it was stored, right?

my wife does hold the title, however it is in storage in another town. it'll cost 350 bucks to get it out. she owned and stored all this "stuff" before we even met.

Good catch there gvrangr98. Now was it a "typo" or a "test"?
The VIN number thing rates right up there with CDL license. LOL
