Well, I could, but I won't.

All I will say about the V10/7.3L is that I think some person did a better job on the cooling system than his counterpart on the other package. I was not involved with either.

When the 6.0L was in development they decided that they were going to do this one right. It is the best cooling system that Ford has put on anything.

I don't think there is hardware on the market that can improve the cooling on a 6.0L truck. My recommedation is to leave it stock.

How often do you change the transmission fluid in your truck? thanks !

just remember, a trans that runs too cold is bad for it as well. leave it stock or just add to thestock 6.0 trans cooler. out of the stock cooler and into the 2nd cooler. and then back to the trans.

How could it run too cool? IIRC, there is a valve that stops the flow of fluid to the cooler should it be cold and allows flow when it is hot. Now if your valve were not functioning in winter, well, maybe.

huh? valve?? oh ok. well, i do drive a v10 X, not a diesel. I didn't know that. In a regular situation i guess my statement is true then. well, i guess i would go ahead and get the 2nd cooler then. but only if my trans is was overheating by checking with an accurate gauge.

I wouldn't bother with the coolers unless you are talking about replacing the stock one with the 6.0 cooler
