Diesel parts on EBAY

Has anyone here bought any parts or services on EBAY? If you have who should I look for or stay away from as a seller. There just seem to be some really good deals out there. eg $109 + $7 shipping for a rebuilt set of injectors for a 6.9 with no core charge. Almost sounds to good to be true. But the the diesel shop in Portland is priced about $15 per injector lower than the one around here(Eugene).

Travis-I have bought several items on e-bay and had good luck with them. But you can check out the seller by looking at their history with their ad, so I guess, use paypal, know who your buying from and its pretty much the honor system.
