Barry, I can't help with the place, but I can give you some advice on a brand. I have an access soft cover on my 06, 8' bed with a tool box. Very nice cover, easy to install. Had it two years now, still looks great, and fits really well. It's not 100% watertight, but it's pretty close.

Most any place that carries truck top shells will also carry the soft covers, maybe.

Barry in order for you to keep your truck box. Extang is the only company you can buy from. They will email you an order sheet to take to a dealer so you can measure your bed opening with the truck box in it. I did a lot of research for my other truck when I was in the market and only found extang to have or offer the ability to make this type of cover.

Access® Toolbox Edition Cover

There's more than one company that makes a soft roll-up tonneau to work with a toolbox. As others mentioned in this thread, the Access Roll-Up Cover is a great option and it's designed to fit behind most 20" - 21" over-the-rail toolboxes. You can get more details on installation and applications here: Access® Toolbox Edition Truck Bed Covers and Caps

Going off of your location, here's a couple of delaers that you should check with first to see if they have it in stock.

If they don't have it in stock, then give us a call (1-888-587-8813) before 12 pm Central time today and we could same day ship it out to you. We do have free ground shipping on our online store, but if you want to expedite it to get it by Tuesday, you'll have to pay a little more. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

See when I was looking Extang was the only company that offered this option.
