Receiver Hitch

We're in need of some great help, looking for a used receiver hitch, class II is fine to go on own 1989 Bronco II. A new one is just too expensive right now. Any information please just PM me. I've checked at all our local junks yards with no luck.

Have you checked with Autozone, or maybe JC Whitney. A new one shouldn't be that expensive. What do you plan on towing anyway?

Tommy

I have and I would still like to go with something used, a hitch I know has worked well on a Bronco II, maybe one that was made during the same time period that our beloved trucks were in production.

How about a used step and tow bumper instead of the hitch? That works and looks okay.

If you are just towing a small utility or
boat trailer Reese makes a 2" receiver plate
that bolts under the bumper where the holes
are for the ball and chains go in the center.

I actually towed my pop up empty from
Florida to here with one on my Nissan pickup,
but that was before I knew better.
Not that are bad but the trailer was a little bit too
heavy for the bumper as I found out later, but that's
another story.
