need auto shifter knob top

The chrome top popped of of my 2005 F150 automatic shifter stick/knob. Anybody know of a place to get either a new top or a good priced replacement, that an rookie could replace?

I lost mine off my 250....was still under 3-36 warranty and the dealer had to replace the entire shift arm as the tops were no longer available...was bad design..everyone was losing theirs. The top is no longer in Ford parts books.
