converting power steering to manual steering

hey i want to convert my 1985 f-150 to manual steering what parts would i need to change out?? any info would help!!!!

You better get a steering wheel off of a bus if you decide to do this. I dont know what parts you could buy for making turning the wheel easier though unless you want to not run you power steering pump.
