I don't know what frame changes they made for '05, but for my '03 I would put them on the frame just forward of the front door. The frame has a short rise and just forward of that is a perfect spot that's nice and flat (not bolts or anything mounted) for the jack.

BTW, I use a Craftsman 3 ton floor jack with 2 3 ton jack stands like wickerad and if I'm out on the trail I use a couple of 4 ton Craftsman bottle jacks with 2x4's as a base.
