License plate holder

So i was at the Knotts Bery Farm Ford show and saw that the EBs have a hinge type deal for their license plates...a few questions one is it a hinge? how well does it work whent he tail gate is down? have you guys (and girls) see any one put one on a full size? how wide is a bronco tail gate? and last does anyone have one they might be willing to part with(i couldnt find a bronco swap meet)?

I will sell mine.I have a used one,works great.They were made to flip out so you can runn it with the tail gate down.$20.00 plus shipping.It is a hinge and spring to hold it open.I have seen a beer bottle opener behind the plate holder,flip it up and open a beer.
