Me too! I'd go for a GTG. I don't care if it's just four of us meeting on the trails somewhere, to stop and cook some hot dogs, BS, and consume adult beverages.
I don't know where everybody else is, but I been out beating the bushes for a job. Boy it's dead around my area (City of Rockingham). Construction has died in Southern Pines / Pinehurst area so I gotta move back to Raleigh where it's still jumping.
Sorry I havent been around my oldest Daughter is in the Hospital(Baptist PICU).She has been in there since Sunday and not sure whne she will be out.Later Tony

Tony sorry to hear about your daughter. Hope all goes well with her. Handyman head back to Raleigh and remodel my kitchen for free just to keep you in practice.... We could all meet in a central location at a park or something and do a cook out.

How many of you NC members are close enough to the SC state line (or state park-ex.: Table Rock) to consider a G2G?

That was Finch Park here in Lexington. A park would be great if there is a way to reserve a shelter,and everyone chip in to pay for it. Everyone bring food and drinks.
if you guys are interested in comming east, im only 25 minutes from myrtle beach. my cousin has a farm about 6 min away from MB that has some trails on, and one called the money maker, cause if your not careful, you'll be buying parts. i dug that one my self with the ole 310g johndeere. its nasty. he also has a good size shop where repairs can be made if nessasary. plus we have the beach.

well as far as a shelter the only cost 15 dollars at finch park we did it 2 weekends a go for a birthday party down side is you only get 4 hrs on shelter rental we did 4to 8 pm ,,,So WHEN and WERE is IS the Question and WHOs Doing the cookin cuz im doing the EATING...lol
