Bumper from an F150!??

Ok guys and gals, in doing a walk around of my 250 yesterday I realized that:

A... Somebody stole my bumper and replaced it with a smaller one. I swear it did not look like this when I bought it.

B... It shrank when I washed it.

C... The used car guy lied when he said it had never been wrecked.

Pictures coming

So, as you can see, the bumper doesn't quite look right. It looks as if it sits too low, maybe it is to narrow for the truck. I called the dealership, and they said that this is the bumper that was on it when they got it.

Any ideas? I need to do something about it, I've gotten really self conscious, kind of like when you were a kid and you ripped the back of your pants, I feel like I need to be driving around with my hand covering my(trucks)butt crack.
