Welcome to new member norcal350!
Hey everyone,
I want to welcome John (norcal350) to our chapter. Here is a little about him:
It's great that we have a lot of current and former Armed Forces members in our chapter. I've flown quite a few times in and out of SFO, Oakland, and Sacramento, so I appreciate the ATCs.
Welcome aboard John, you will find this a fun group. If you get a chance, post a photo of your truck. Come join us at one of our get- togethers too .
I want to welcome John (norcal350) to our chapter. Here is a little about him:
I've lived in Manteca going on 19 years. Grew up in Tulare CA. California grown for almost 45 years. Been married for almost 23 years to Terri with 3 kids. 20 yr old daughter, 18 yr old son and my baby girl is 13.
I'm an Air Traffic Control Supervisor at NorCal TRACON in Mather. It is a terminal radar facility which handles air traffic into and out of the bay area, Sacramento, San Jose/Monterey/Salinas, and the northern central valley. I've worked for the FAA for about 19 years. Got my start with air traffic in the USNavy and it's been a great career.
I enjoy riding with my son and friends. He rides a 2006 YZ450F and I like playing it safe on four wheels (2006 Raptor 700). I also enjoy woodworking and collecting vintage hand planes/iron levels.
My ride is a 2004 F350 PSD Supercrew, only upgrades so far has been a 4" TB exhaust, 6" Fabtech lift, Dual Front Shocks. Guages and chip to follow. Prior to my PSD, I had a 2001 F150 Supercrew.
Hope to get the chance to meet and greet with fellow members and to gain valuable knowledge...It's my first (but not last) powerstroke.
