This tag is off 72 short wheel base F100 rear end. The tags letters and # are WDM-AG1 2KC
3.00 9 344A I was wanting to know if it is better than WDM-S 9MA
3.25 9 313A

3.00 is the ratio, so it will cruise easier then the 3.25 ratio. It is not a limited slip, just a std open rear.

The WDM-A rear is a 73-79 truck diff, 31 spline, non-locking, 3.00
The WDM-S rear is a 63-72 truck diff, 28 spline, non-locking, 3.25
I would rather have the taller-geared, 31 spline chunk.
