That would inject it into the exhaust port and do absolutely nothing. I think you could sneek it in on the top side of the lower intake have the intake drilled, so it would be pretty hidden if that is what you are after. I would not run any NOS on stock 4.9 pistons either there werent designed as performance engines, they can take power but they need to be built for it. Have you considred a turbo do a search on that there are many prior threads on turbos but you are the first one I have seen to want NOS. Any thing is possible if you have the time and $.
