I'm not a big fan of chopped tops on slant cabs but the one that the guy on the ebay link has looks really good. He even mentions how the chop "levels the door top", this is a part of the original Ford design that always baffled me...why make the roof look like it was sloping up? And why put the front wheel off-center of the fender opening? I also saw in the ebay ad where this guy is selling fiberglass roof panels and complete rear cab sections that accomodate the chopped roof...I don't know how good the quality is but the price seems to be reasonable.

From FAQ II - Glass Cutting
I saw this done on TV last week looked fairly easy (always does)
SAFETY GLASS
In order to cut this kind of glass, you need to score one side, and run the score by tapping. Then flip it over and do the same thing on the opposite side. Apply a flammable liquid such as alcohol or lighter fluid and light it. As the plastic begins to warm and soften, you can pull the pieces apart. Pull directly apart and don't let them "hinge" if you care about what the edges will look like.
