Exhaust system recommendations?

I have a 1995 F-250 with the 7.3 PSD and I am considering an aftermarket exhaust (turbo-back). In reading through the forum it seems most of the guys use MBRP exhaust systems. Although this is the system I'm leaning towards, does anyone have any experience with the AFE system? I currently have an AFE stage two intake installed and they claim that the exhaust is "tuned" to work with this intake. The price of both is comparable so I could go either way. What about fitment issues? At first I was considering a Banks system which is considerably more expensive, however the local dealer claimed that there a alot of problems getting that system to fit. These are problems which involve some cutting and massaging of the firewall. Banks however claims to be the only one with the proper heat shielding on the downpipe. Is this a concern? Naturally everyone will claim theirs is the best so I thought I would go to the guys who have actually dealt with these to help me make a good decision. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks - Duane

All systems will need the firewall seem bent back to fit a 3 inch round down pipe. Bar none! Banks will be a waste of money just due to its price. Not a bad product but way too much money. I build my own exhaust so I can't speak to other brands but I will tell you have I heard good things about Tymar's exhaust and prices. You have to call them as there website doesn't really exist but here it is anyway

Almost any exhaust systen will be fine. Just be sure it is 4" with atleast a 3" DP. I have a no name system and it works wonderful.

I have an aFe 4in turbo back and love it. It was easy to install and they give you enough pipe for a CC LB, and to remove the cat and muffler if you want. The aFe DP goes from 3in at the turbo, to 3.5 halfway down, and 4in at the bottom. Most 4in systems are probably similar but I know people who have had difficulty getting Diamond Eye's system in right. Here's a pic w/ a stainless tapered tip:

Ignore the Banks sticker. Most of it is gone, but it intimidates the competition.

Thanks for the quick come back guys! I really appreciate all the great help I've had here. I am so grateful that I found this forum. I really hope to be able to return the favors someday. Powstrkr thats a great looking tip on the exhaust. That's also a nice looking rear bumper. What kind is it? Mines kind of tweeked from getting hung up while off-roading so that may be a possibility in the near future. Thanks again for the help. I'll keep you guys posted as to which system I install. Thanks!-

Bird Hunter, I think it's a Bundy bumper. It was on there when I got it from the PO in '98. I got my system from DPPI for $367 delivered, including the tip. Funny thing - that tip was the cheapest of all they had in 4in, even cheaper than the straight, rolled end, chrome tips, which don't look that good IMHO. I turned the clamp around after this pic was taken so you don't see it from the rear any more. I did have the tip and rear section of pipe tack welded around the joints, just to prevent it from disappearing.

Pwrstrkr, I checked out the AFE website and see an exhaust for 99 - 03 PSD's but no 94 - 97's. Is the setup the same for the 96 as for the 99?

I don't know the answer to whether or not the 99 and 96 systems are the same, but if you go to the link below you can order it from DPPI. Looks like they still have them. Despite what it says about the DP being 3in, it looks like it is 3 - 3.5 - 4in, which is what my system came with. Dang good price too at $335.

The '96 has a different DP at the least and then I would imagine the rest is slightly different.
