New processor-first batch

I tried my first big batch (25 gal) today on my homebuilt processor. Other than a couple of small leaks, all went well. Tomorrow I will recover the methanol. I did have a problem filtering the heated WVO through the 5 mic filter bag. I tried gravity feeding it into the mix tank using a 4" PVC pipe as a filter housing. It went VERY slow. Do I need to enclose the filter bag in the pipe and pump (pressurize) the WVO through it to get some flow? If it is this hard now, it will be impossible to filter out the Magnesol later. Any thoughts? Thanks Tom

Try filtering it in stages, 200, 100, 25, and then 5. Maybe not that much but you get the idea. This is what I've been using. The buckets are easier to filter with. 5 Gallon EZ-strainer Filter Biodiesel WVO/SVO oil paint - eBay (item 260233486090 end time May-03-08 10:03:48 PDT)

Oh yeah and I'm still working on my first batches too. I'm washing the fuel tomorrow when I get back to work.
