So I called our local dealership today seeing if they had any info on the new F150's and they said they don't expect to have them until late September or October... I called another dealership in the area and they said the same thing- can anyone confirm this? I'm having a hard enough time waiting until August!
If I remember right, Job 1 for the 09 F-150 is July 23, with a 2-3 week quality hold which would put them starting to deliver 2nd week in August so I would say earliest models will be late August and Early September.

I was informed of the 8-8-08 job 1 date by a core member of the launch team at DTP when we were building test 09's about a week and a half ago. I asked if it had been changed from 7-23-08 and he said yes.
Also, 7-23-08 is a Wednesday and 8-8-08 is a Friday. So neither date is a Monday which is wierd.
I am guessing with the gas prices ford is in no real rush so they probably will make sure all the bugs are worked out before production which is a good plan.
