So If I could get a good working set of 8 injectors for less then $450 would that be worth it? If they were yours would you just rebuild them hybirds, detune them and always have the options? Im very intrigued. If I rebuilt them stage 2's, would the 17* HPOP get the job done?

Yes single shot 2's should have no problem with a 17* pump. Still might set the CEL every now and then but not too bad. you should be able to buy AD's for $450 all day long for cores. Might even be able to find AA's for $450. I know a guy who sold a set of AA's for $350 just the other day

I am faced with the dilemma you speak of. I have AD's in my truck and a set of AA's on the shelf. I think at this point hybrids are farther than I plan to go with this truck. But if I had the coin I would go to hybrids. For now I am sitting with 2's and that was already upped from 1's just cause I was gonna get new nozzles any way. I figured might as get bigger nozzles rather than stockers. If you have the coin and the plans hybrids are the way to go.

I know....I've been putting off changing my IPR for months because I couldn't find a deep enough socket. Guess I'm out of excuses now.

OK Glass here I am. Sorry guys I have been out of touch but with the honey doos and the intense training I have been in this week I fell behind. I got the injectors in on Monday and installed them along with the GP's but I had a bad o-ring on the galley plug so it had to wait a day. Then the wife was sick yesterday and I had to baby sit and move 2 Rose bushes from the backyard to the front (she wasn't sick enough to give orders out LOL). Then get rid of 2 bird nests and the list went on. So I got to replace the o-rings today at about 8:30pm then finish the install. I filled the rails thru the IPR hole and the same hole on the other head. Thanx Tim for the idea. I cranked it 3 times and she wanted to start. I got out and reevaluated things and realized I forgot the passenger side UVC plugs. Then I went to start and she fired right up as if I never tore her apart. I truly believe in filling the rails on both sides from the IPR and the same hole on the other head. Then fill the HPOP reservoir and she will fire right up. I promise. Anyways I went for a ride tonight in the neighborhood but it was dark. I felt alot of power but couldn't tell so early how much of a gain. I turned around in the neighborhood to go back and for some reason there was alot of smoke hanging around in the streets behind me. Wonder where that came from?????? LOL

I don't think I can get a video yet but I will try. I may need help posting it. My camera has a small cassette and some usb ports but I don't know how to use them yet. I gotta get in bed tonight but will post back tomorrow night. It looks as if I have missed some good threads. I will catch up later.

BTW GLASSEATER I have a pic of my expression. Just wait You will see.
