After much contemplation and reading of reviews, I decided to take the leap and go with the Revo's on my 03 4x4. Bridgestone currently has a $100 rebate on a set of 4 through May 10th.
What a great riding tire!! It had a set of LT265/70R17 Goodyear AT's on it that never balanced well, but I couldn't justify replacing because they still had plenty of tread. They finally started cupping bad enough that they needed to go. So I went back to a passenger tire and went up a size to the P285/70R17. It looks so much better and I couldn't stop smiling the whole way home. The truck just floated down the highway.
I got them on my stroker, best tire i ever owned. I got almost 70,000 on them and still got a thousand or so tread left. Great in the snow, rain, offroad. Just rotate and you will get alot of miles. Great choice.

I'm in the market, did you buy yours locally? Everyone in agreement that htey are good in snow? I will use these primarily in the snow and hauling my trailer longer distances that I don't trust the 22's on.
Thats still not bad for mileage for your revos, 60,000.
I think 2000Expy is saying that he has gone through 2 sets of Revo's in 60,000 miles, averaging only 30,000 miles each. If that's the case though, there should be a pro-rate since they have a 50,000 mile tread warranty.

I bought mine from the local Tires Plus store. They adjust their prices regionally in a really weird way, check this out. I'm in zip code 32095 and my parents live in zip 32725, about 90 miles away. The P265's are $187 in 32095 and $165 in 32725. So I was going to threaten to get my tires in 32725 while visiting my parents and try to get my local shop to meet that price, until I saw this next deal. The P285's are $153 in 32095 and $204!! in 32725. It was a no-brainer decision. Mount/balance, road hazard, taxes, out the door for $730. Plus I have the $100 mail in rebate. So in the end, it only cost $158 a tire.
Don't recall reading about snow, but I don't worry about that too much here in Florida. Rain on the other hand is a big deal and these are supposed to do excellent in wet conditions.
I've had great luck in the snow with the Revos on the Expedition. We have Revos on a couple of 2wd long bed Rams at work and the guys that drive them say that they are by far the best tire they have had on there for winter driving.

I went out to purchase new tires for our 03 Expedition 4x4 a couple of weeks ago. Went to look at the Revos but ended up going with Yokohama Geolandar H/T-S
Has a nice tread pattern, not aggressive, but given the number of times this Eddie Bauer 4x4 has seen off road, should do great. Much more silent, much smoother ride, handles great when compared to the OEM tires that were on there from new. However the OEMs did have a lot of tread remaining, at least half at 52,000 miles. But given they were 5 years old, it was time for them to be replaced. Not to mention the spouse ran over something and blew a tire. Matter of fact what ever she ran over not only punctured the tire, but also went through the center of the OEM aluminum wheel.
So it only made sense to go ahead and buy a new set of wheels also.
Discount Tire did 5 tires (replaced the spare tire also) for $625 out the door, taxes, fees everything included (except the new wheels).
The Yoko's have a 60,000 mile warranty.

No, 60K out of last set which are Revo's. Prior Duelers were not Revo's. My big disappointment is that Costco only sells Goodrich and Michelin now.

I've 6kmi on mine and they are visibly wearing but still have lots of tread left, they were outstanding over the winter in the snow (better than the BFG A/Ts which was a surprise). As long as I get 40k out of them I'll be happy.
I put yokohama A/T's on my 99 expedition I made the mistake of not having it alinment done but still I have got 50,000 miles on them. I really like them I am going to put another set on the expedition and also on my 94 f-150.
I bought my Expedition on 2/06. before my expedition, i had an avalanche and when I traded it in for the expedition, I put 13000 miles on them. I hated the Continentals as the wife had them on a Volvo and they sucked in the snow. I had the dealer put the revos on the expedition and they are great. I use them in the snow, ice and rain of the north East and the sand in North Carolina. I have 35000 on them and they are going strong. I bought them after reading all the great reviews on Tire Rack.
