Like alot of things that depends. Main thing it depends on is if the repair was done correctly. You can still blow the heads even if it was done correctly and without a tuner(contrary to alot of popular opinions on the anti-tuner regime) just depending on how you drive. Now if you were to have studded the head and had correct installation and repair of the headgaskets then unless you start adding insane amount of horsepower(from by 600 on up) you should be fine with stock gaskets and new or machined heads and not have to worry one lick about them. If it was fixed with bolts then that concern should always be in the back of your head and determine on how you drive it(ie let it get up to normal operating time especially before you drive it like you stole it).
